Aconitum Napellus grows in moist, shady mountain regions of Europe and Central Asia. It is also cultivated as a garden plant. It is used externally, except in the torn skin to relieve bruises and joint pain, but rarely for internal uses due to its toxic nature. Historically mortals juice derived from this plant were used as arrow poison, hence the name of aconite, which means "dart". It is basically used to treat acute respiratory infections, eye and ear, in states of fear, shock stems and anxiety and problems in childbirth.
