Indication: Homeopathic medicine traditionally used in case of cramps, aches and muscle fatigue. Sportenine comes in the form of chewable tablets and is particularly recommended during sports or physical overwork.   Dosage: · Before muscular effort: 1 chewable tablet the day before or just before the event. · During muscular effort: 1 chewable tablet every hour. · After muscular effort: 1 chewable tablet, to be renewed every hour until improvement. Do not exceed 10 tablets per day. Oral use. Take the tablets away from meals.
