How to use
Insert the OneTouch Verio Test Strips into the port for the test strips with the gold side of the test strip and the two silver tabs facing you.
When the Apply Blood screen appears, apply the blood sample to each side of the test strip (at the opening of the canal).
Apply the sample at the channel opening.
Be sure to apply the sample immediately after the drop of blood appears.
Hold the meter slightly angled, guide the channel towards the drop of blood.
When you touch the sample, the test strip draws blood to the canal. The channel must be filled completely.
The channel turns red and the meter starts a countdown from 5 to 1.
Do not apply blood to the top of the test strip or the top edge of the test strip.
