ACTION AND DESCRIPTION Medium dressings with salicylic acid 4.4 mg. HOW TO USE Clean and dry the skin before application, ensuring that the area is clean of traces of creams and oils. Remove the upper protective paper, then the lower one, avoiding touching the adhesive part. Apply the dressing firmly on the callus, ensuring that the edges do not crease. Hold in place until it begins to peel off on its own. After a maximum of 48 hours, remove the dressing. Leave the affected area to soak in hot water for 5 minutes before removing dead skin. Repeat the process as many times as necessary up to a maximum of 14 days. OTHERS Calluses are a localized hyperkeratinization, with a denser nucleus in the upper part and sides of the toes (frequent in joints), very painful if they press on nerve endings. They originate from inadequate footwear, from sustained friction and pressure, in areas that do not support the weight of the body. Redness of the skin appears, with a stinging and itching sensation. If the friction persists, a hardness is formed that ends up becoming a callus. The best way to prevent the appearance of corns is to eliminate the cause of pressure or friction, and therefore it is essential to wear comfortable and appropriate footwear.
